🫅Gang Guidelines

Whitelisting Process

Groups seeking whitelisted fraction status must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrate an active presence within the server and gain community recognition

  • Exhibit strong roleplay skills that align with server rules as a group

  • Have between 5 and 25 members

  • Maintain a commitment to authentic criminal gang/organisational roleplay

  • Have been part of the server for a minimum of 30 days

  • Develop depth around your group to ensure it is ready for official gang recognition

Note: The whitelisting process applies only to criminal roleplay groups. Family or friend groups should not apply.

Unwhitelisted groups may not represent a gang by wearing flags or colours. To be recognised as an official gang, a gang application must be submitted and the group must be placed on a trial period.

General Rules

  • Roster Compliance - Only members listed on the gang roster may represent the gang (e.g. wearing flags or participating in gang conflicts).

  • Cooldown Period - A one-week cooldown applies after leaving a gang before joining another, unless approved by staff.

  • Gang Exclusivity - Players are limited to one gang character and may only belong to one gang at a time.

  • No Roleplay Checking - If you suspect a rule break, submit a report rather than breaking character or abuing OOC chat.

Conduct & Toxicity

Toxic behaviour is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Making excessive toxic remarks towards downed enemies

  • Maliciously taunting or "malding" over defeats

  • Mag dumping a downed player excessively

  • Making comments like "spinning until they don't wake up"

  • Gathering at Los Santos Medical to harass downed players after a fight

  • Bringing toxicity to the Gang Discord or targeting other members

  • After a fight with another gang don't come into Discord to mald if a rule was broken use the official channels to report it

  • Bringing attention to people making reports in an attempt to discourage them

Be respectful to roleplay and the cooldown periods.

Gang Conflict Rules

  • New members must spend one week in the group before participating in gang wars.

  • Only rostered members can engage in gang wars.

  • Legitimate roleplay reasons are required for war. Alliances are prohibited.

  • Borrowing members from other gangs during conflicts is not allowed.

  • Teaming with other gangs is prohibited.

  • A 30-minute cooldown is recommended between fights unless both sides agree otherwise. This applies to the entire gang after a gang-related shooting.

  • The "5-man rule" applies to conflicts.

  • Gang leaders should negotiate war terms beforehand to maintain fairness. Terms should be posted in gang leader channels or submitted via a Discord ticket.

  • Losing gangs must meet war terms within 7 days to avoid Low Quality Roleplay concerns.

  • Point of View requirement:

    • Gang members must have their POV available for up to 7 days after a conflict.

    • If accused of cheating with a suspicious clip, failure to provide POV proving this false will result in a permanent ban.

  • War Participation: If your gang is at war, you are too, there are no exceptions.

  • Low Quality Roleplay (LQRP):

    • Walking around high-traffic areas unarmed to avoid robberies while your gang is at war/conflict is considered LQRP and may be seen as NVL.

Gang Colours & Flags

  • Gangs must wear their colours during conflicts and wars.

  • Gang-on-Gang disputes should always involve wearing colours, not blacked-out outfits.

  • Gang members must be clearly identified from a distance.

  • If a term excludes certain members from war, they must wear specific different attire as per the agreed conditions.

Vehicle Rules

Bulletproof cars are strictly prohibited and will be considered power gaming.

Reporting Rules

  • Revenge Reporting is not allowed and will result in dismissal.

  • Reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.

  • Baiting reports will result in a ban.

  • False reports will result in a ban.

Robbery Rules

Only whitelisted gangs may rob downed members of other gangs.

Blueprint Wars

  • Gangs may go to war over blueprints from another gang's bench.

  • High-quality roleplay is required in blueprint conflicts.

  • A one-month cooldown applies after successfully winning a blueprint unless otherwise approved by staff.

  • Gangs may not stockpile blueprints.

  • Staff reserves the right to adjust blueprint rules as needed.

Gang Disbandment

  • Disbanded gangs may no longer operate as a gang.

  • Members of a disbanded gang must wait 30 days before joining another gang.

  • While on cooldown, disbanded members:

    • May not act as a gang.

    • May not wear gang flags.

    • Must roleplay as civilians or small-time criminals.

  • Inactive gangs may lose whitelist status to make room for more active groups.

  • Gangs failing to meet whitelisted standards may have their status revoked.

Inactivity & Strikes

  • Inactive gangs may lose access to their bench or warehouse.

  • Rule-breaking involving multiple members may result in a Gang Strike.

  • Gang Strikes last for 60 days before being removed.

  • Gang leaders are responsible for their members' actions.

Block Rules

  • No Block Baiting: Do not bait near a block to gain an advantage.

  • Block Pushing: After winning a 6-man fight, gangs may push an opposing gang's block immediately.

  • 30-minute cooldown begins once a block push is initiated.

Whitelisted vs Non-Whitelisted Gangs

  • Non-whitelisted gangs cannot contest the block of a whitelisted gang.

  • Non-whitelisted gangs may use and defend an unclaimed block, but they cannot claim it until whitelisted.

  • Circling another gang's block without intent to engage will be considered baiting.

Third-Party Discords

The use of external Discord servers for RP coordination is strictly prohibited, why:

  • Prevents metagaming and unfair advaantages.

  • Ensures transparency and fairness in roleplay.

  • Encourages in-game communication.

  • Bypassing Official Channels: Official channels are designed to ensure transparency, structure, and fairness, which third-party platforms undermine.
